TO SWIM WITH MERMAIDS
I have a Mermaid Obsession
and it became worse when I moved to Florida 20 years ago
Back in the beginning I lived off the beach
swam every day I could
even married a Sailor
Living in the country I do miss the ocean, although it is not far away
I have cut off my long hair and don't even own a swimsuit
but my love of these finned creatures is still strong
Over the years I have created hundreds of Mermaids
all shapes and sizes out of many different medias
many have sold in my shop
a great portion of my girls remain with me
my collection I'm sure will continue to grow
a new idea brewing
from some amazing fabrics I picked up years ago
