RE-THINKING MY MOLDS

Decided to take off the clay walls

used metal flashing instead

the clay walls were time

consuming, and I would have to make them again

for the two piece mold

Now they are drying from being soaped

and the

experiment

continues

FIRST TRY AT MOLD MAKING

not ready to part with one of my doll bodies

I found a old broken antique doll and fixed it with clay and gesso

lots of sanding

the head is original out of stone clay

want to see how the plaster effects the piece

before I use one of my bodies

I did manage to pull myself together

a little this past week

did some hand-work

my new collector dolls

Vintage fabrics and trims made pretty dresses

for my new ball jointed girls

Latest French Fairy is ready to be sanded

looking out onto the farm and fields

I noticed the wild flowers are blooming

waiting to take a romp through the fields

WHERE DID THE WEEK GO?

I think I slept away the whole week

sometimes this happens
