I literally fell off my chair

I want a Channel Doll too!

So I downloaded the pictures

and set to work

I have never made myself a doll for

Christmas

These doll props for the department store window

were fun and very easy to make

I gathered all my scraps and beads and bobbles

and here are my

copies

I think they turned out pretty close to the

pictures

but with a little Kaerie Faerie sparkle

What a fabulous Christmas Present

Teegar thought so too!

I took a stroll along the Lake

this Christmas Eve Night

it was an enchanting

Fairy Land

as the North Wind blew cold

I spotted my Mini

Merry Christmas

wishing everyone a wonderful

WILLOW FAES AND THE MANSION IN THE GROVE

Christmas time in Central Florida

walking through the Orange Groves

The sweet fragrant smell of ripe fruit

Deep in the Grove

I came upon a hidden Mansion

Time had forgotten her

overgrown shrubs hid her from view

This spectacular house from the 1920's

was dark and quiet

I imagined the glorious parties

daydreaming

from the gates

a Warrior Fae

and another

Guardians of the Mansion's entrance

startled by their appearance

off I ran into the farmland

Just another adventure in Florida

These two dolls are the last Faeries of the year

and are in my shop

HAPPY HOLIDAYS FROM CENTRAL FLORIDA

THE RETURN OF THE FROSTY FAES

Dawn breaks on another cold morning

Winter came early this year

and along with ice on the oranges

crystal frost on the windows

a faint tapping

of the Frosty Faes

cold blue wind

and shades of rosy pink

tapping on the windows

until I let them in

dressed in sequined gowns

and tiny fur vests

and hair of pink ring-lets

sweet as sugar

fluffy pink leggins

it is truly

starting to feel like

Christmas

these two Holiday Faeries

are now in my shop

Been burning the midnite oil of late

Actually I always work late at night

it is quiet, peaceful

quick peek at two new dolls

listing and posting

tomorrow

Sailor has grown up to be a real

beauty

my constant companion

without some 1920's dancing girls

created from paper clay

and jointed with thread and lace

cute little bob haircuts

in organic soft yarn

perfect stocking stuffers

CHRISTMAS DECOR

This is what I saw when I went to get the morning paper

My only Christmas decoration enhanced by this lovely little bird

Usually, by this time

the house is decorated with lights and trees

and my studio has been converted into fairy land

But not this year

a berri wreath is the only sign of Christmas

My kitties sit like sphinx watching this bird

Decorating will have to wait!

I'm off to a Business Convention

but when I return there will be a decorating frenzy!
