Since the beginning of the New Year

The Twigs Faerie Land Atelier

had been

a flurry of fabrics, wings and jewels

After creating copies of the Petite CoCo designed for Chanel

and sending one off to my friend Ingrid

I was so inspired to spread my Couture Wings

and design a collection of Fashion Dolls

translating French Fashion

from a few of my

favorite Fashion Houses

with their platinum blonde ringlets

these three fairies went wild for

my dresses

Presenting

Fashionable Fairies

for the

House of Lanvin

jewels

and shoes

always important

these three are in my shop

and three more are being

fitted!

THE MYNX

Deep in the Marshes of Central Florida

live the

Mynx

Little elfin faeries

dressed in their

Winter Colors

large feet

for dancing over lily pads

and a gorgeous plumed hat

blending in with their Winter surroundings

and very hard to spot

I literally fell off my chair

I want a Channel Doll too!

So I downloaded the pictures

and set to work

I have never made myself a doll for

Christmas

These doll props for the department store window

were fun and very easy to make

I gathered all my scraps and beads and bobbles

and here are my

copies

I think they turned out pretty close to the

pictures

but with a little Kaerie Faerie sparkle

What a fabulous Christmas Present

Teegar thought so too!

I took a stroll along the Lake

this Christmas Eve Night

it was an enchanting

Fairy Land

as the North Wind blew cold

I spotted my Mini

Merry Christmas

wishing everyone a wonderful

WILLOW FAES AND THE MANSION IN THE GROVE

Christmas time in Central Florida

walking through the Orange Groves

The sweet fragrant smell of ripe fruit

Deep in the Grove

I came upon a hidden Mansion

Time had forgotten her

overgrown shrubs hid her from view

This spectacular house from the 1920's

was dark and quiet

I imagined the glorious parties

daydreaming

from the gates

a Warrior Fae

and another

Guardians of the Mansion's entrance

startled by their appearance

off I ran into the farmland

Just another adventure in Florida

These two dolls are the last Faeries of the year

and are in my shop
