PAINTING PORCELAIN

Merfrog & Sea Hag

glazed porcelain, china painted, french porcelain paints

these two I was testing glazes

the Merfae mold worked perfect

china painting fashion mold dolls

trying to lighten up, but still keeping my painting style

this mold also worked very well

while waiting for the kiln to fire

worked on a couture Chanel style jacket

I love these dolls they pose perfectly

my new kiln is working out great

she is small and moves beautifully

so much porcelain lately I killed my little firefly kiln

although I had been looking to upgrade to a larger machine

now I was pushed into it

my first fire from my shiny new kiln which will fit 6 dolls

 as before I could only do two

Sea hag 

testing out glazes had a few bad experiments

but now it seems to be happening

underglazing also worked out

bathtime and a good scrub

now I've tested all my new molds I made last year

very pleased with the outcome

I feel I have come a long way

in creating a porcelain doll

style that is truly
