This evening I was puttering around my studio
finishing some pretty little gowns
When I heard a tiny tapping
I looked out into the evening landscape
peeking in a corner of the window
all a glow
a Fire Fly Fae
I saw another flicker of light in the trees
and then there were two
Fire Fly Faes
come out at Sunset
so I had heard the stories
I was so excited to see this lovely pair
I gave them the new gowns I had been working on
the silks swirled around their tiny feet
These Fire Fly Faes
were on their way to the
Midnight Faerie Ring
to light up the forest
with their neon glow
